Seminar Time Schedule  

For a 1-day or 2-day seminar  registration begins at 8:00, class is from 8:00-4:00 with check in from 8:00-8:30. We offer coffee service.  Lunch is not included. 

About our Venues 

We select venues approximately 30 prior to an event. We will notify registrants once we finalize a venue. We post venues on our website as they become available. If you do not see a venue for an event you can email office@ncomplianceservices.com for more information. 

We suggest you bring a sweater or light jacket. 

Confirmations and Seminar Reminders 

Once you place an order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order was received by our system.  

Within 3-5 business days you will receive a confirmation from us that your registration has been processed. This confirmation will provide information about the specific class you registered for. This confirmation will go to the email you provided. If you do not receive your confirmation please email registration@ncomplianceservices.com. 

Please mark your calendar as soon as you receive your confirmation. 

Approximately 1 week prior to your scheduled event you will receive a reminder that you have registered. This reminder will go to the email you provided when you registered, it will contain information specific to that event, including venue. 

Last Minute Registrations 

We ship our materials 1 week prior to an event. If you register within 1 week of an event and we have already shipped materials you may be charged an additional shipping fee. 

Post Seminar Support  

All live seminars include 6-month post seminar support. For 6-months following the seminar you can email questions to question@ncompliance.com.  

CPE Credits   

Our seminars are Group-Live Delivery. You can find the course level, number of credits, prerequisites and learning objective on each individual class page.  

nCompliance Services is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.  Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN, 37219-2417.  Web site:  www.nasba.org  

You must attend the class and complete the seminar evaluation in order to receive CPE credits. If you do not receive your certificate at the class you will receive it in approximately 2-3 weeks following the event. If you do not receive your certification please email offic@ncomplianceservices.com. 

Cancellation of Seminars 

We reserve the right to cancel seminars due to low attendance, weather or other unforseen circumstance. We will email any cancellations and contact, via phone, each registrant. We try diligently to speak directly to each attendee, however if you are not available we will leave a message at the phone number you provided. 

We ask that you provide us with a way to contact you the evening before or morning of an event so that we can contact you in emergency situations, such as flight cancellations that prohibit our speakers from reaching their planned destinations. 

You can call us at 877-650-1099 if you have any concerns that your seminar will be cancelled. 

If we cancel a seminar we will provide you with alternative dates or options or provide a full refund of your registration fee. 

Cancellation Policy for Registrants 

Seminars canceled 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Seminars canceled within 30 days of the event will not receive a refund. If you need to cancel within 30 days of the event you may be able to change your registration to another date/location. If you register within 30 days of an event there is not refund for cancellations. Reference our Change Policy below.  

Change Policy  

If you need to change your registration to another date or location that has already shipped you will be charged an additional fee for shipping your materials. Changes must be made 5 business days prior to an event.
