What is a Webinar?

A webinar is an acronym for Web Based Seminar.

Attending a webinar is like attending any seminar apart from the place where the event takes place. Instead of meeting in a conference room we will meet in a virtual conference room on the web. Joining a meeting does not take long – just follow the instructions, which you will receive from us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled event.

Once you have logged in you can sit back and listen to the presentation on the phone while watching it on your screen. If you wish to ask a question you can raise your hand by clicking on the hand symbol which will appear on your screen. If you don’t have access to a computer you can participate via phone only.

What do you need to participate?

You need a PC with access to the web and sound. You can also use a telephone to access the sound portion of the webinar.

Once I register what happens?

You will receive a confirmation and invoice from us within 2 business days of your registration. If you don’t receive a confirmation or invoice please contact us at registration@ncomplianceservices.

How do you log-on?

We use GoTo Webinar as our service provider. You will receive an email with logon instructions approximately 2 days prior to the webinar. If you don’t receive instructions please email us at registration@ncomplianceservices.com. We recommend you log-on approx. 15-20 minutes prior to the webinar as we perform a sound check to ensure you can hear our speaker. If you have difficulty logging in or hearing the speaker please contact us. If you have not attended an nCompliance webinar or online class before we recommend you attend one of our free webinars to ensure you can access our classes.

Can we get more than one log-on?

The registration fee covers one logon and dial-in at your location. If you would like multiple dial-ins at your location you must register individually. If you have a large number of people that would like to access from their computers please contact us for group pricing.
