What is a Webinar?

A webinar is an acronym for Web Based Seminar. Attending a webinar is like attending any seminar apart from the place where the event takes place. Instead of meeting in a conference room we will meet in a virtual conference room on the web. Once you have logged in you can sit back view the presentation on your computer or on the phone while watching it on your scareen.

What do you need to participate?

You need a PC with access to the web and sound. You can also use a telephone to access the sound portion of the webinar if your computer does not support sound. If you don’t have access to a computer you can participate via phone only. If you want to access by phone, log in and then select audio on your control panel. You will be given a phone number and pin number to call in.

Once I register what happens?

If you place an order via our website you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order was received by our system.

Within 3-5 business days you will receive logon instructions from GoTo Webinar our service provider. This will go to the email that you provided. If you do not receive your logon instructions please email registration@ncomplianceservices.com. You’re logon instructions will explain how to access the webinar.

Please mark your calendar as soon as you receive your logon information. You will also receive reminder emails from GoTo Webinar.

How do you log-on?

We use GoTo Webinar as our service provider. You will receive logon instructions directly from GoTo Webinar. The instructions will give you a link to the webinar to access it.

If you don’t receive instructions please email us at registration@ncomplianceservices.com.

We recommend you log-on approx. 20 minutes prior to the webinar as we perform a sound check to ensure you can hear our speaker. If you have difficulty logging in or hearing the speaker please contact us.

Can we get more than one log-on?

The registration fee covers one log-on and dial-in at your location. If you would like multiple dial-ins you must purchase them. You have that option when you register. If you have a large number of people that would like to access from their computers please contact us for group pricing.

CPE Credits

Our seminars are Group-Internet Delivery. You can find the course level, number of credits, prerequisites and learning objective on each individual class page.

NCompliance Services, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. You must attend the webinar, respond to the polling questions and complete the webinar evaluation in order to receive CPE credits. You will receive the webinar evaluation after the webinar. 1-2 weeks following the class you will receive a certificate from us. If you do not receive your certificate please email office@ncomplianceservices.com.

Last Minute Registrations

We endeavor to process registrations received the evening before or the morning of the event in a timely fashion so that you can access the webinar, however we can’t guarantee that your order can be processed in time. If we receive an order for you and can’t process your registration in time we will provide additional times available or refund the registration fee as applicable.

Payment Policy

We require payment before attending a webinar. If you have registered and not paid you will not be able to access the webinar. If you require different arrangements please email registration@ncomplianceservices.com .

Cancellation of Webinars

We reserve the right to cancel webinars due to low attendance, technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstance. We will email any cancellations and contact, via phone, each registrant. We try diligently to speak directly to each attendee, however if you are not available we will leave a message at the phone number you provided.

We will post alternate times of the website within 2 business days for all cancelled webinars.

You can call us at 877-650-1099 if you have any concerns that your webinar will be cancelled.

If we cancel a seminar we will provide you with alternative dates or options or provide a full refund of your registration fee.

Attendee Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests for our webinars must be received prior to two weeks before the scheduled date. Refunds will be given for registrations received prior to 2 weeks before the event.

Registrations made or cancelled within two weeks of a scheduled event will not receive a refund. We will try to accommodate a different date or event.

We will not refund registration fees if you did not receive the logon instructions. Please make sure you have received them and email us if you have not, prior to the day of the event.
