Seminar Time Schedule
For a 1-day or 2-day seminar registration begins at 8:00, class is from 8:30-4:30 with check in from 8:00-8:30. We offer coffee service. Lunch is not included.
We will provide BOX LUNCHES for all live seminars at NO CHARGE TO YOU. You are not required to stay for lunch but we recommend that you do. It will provide a LUNCH & LEARN (1) hour break to interact with your trainer and other attendees and ask questions regarding seminar information. You will receive more details in your Welcome Email.
About our Venues
We select venues approximately 30 days prior to an event. We post venues on our website as they become available. If you do not see a venue for an event, check back closer to the scheduled date. You will receive venue information approximately one week before the event in your event reminder email (see below). We suggest you bring a sweater or light jacket.
We have negotiated with our hotels to offer discounted sleeping rooms for all live seminars whenever possible. Please check our website to verify if discounted rooms are available for the seminar you plan to attend!
Confirmations and Seminar Reminders
Once you place an order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order was received by our system. Within 3-5 business days you will receive an invoice/receipt from us that your registration has been processed. This will go to the email you provided. If you do not receive this please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please mark your calendar as soon as you receive your information.
Approximately 1 week prior to your scheduled seminar you will receive a reminder that you have registered. This reminder will go to the email you provided when you registered, it will contain information specific to that seminar, including venue.
Last Minute Registrations
We ship our materials approximately 1 week prior to an event. If you register for a seminar and we have already shipped materials you may be charged an additional shipping fee. If you register late you will need to make payment arrangements, please see Payment Policy below.
Post Seminar Support
All live seminars include post seminar support, please reference our Tax Question Services for additional information and scope of services.
A link to download a recording of our Seminars will be provided AT NO CHARGE to all attendees who attended seminar and completed a seminar evaluation.
We require payment before attending a seminar. If you have registered and not yet paid at the time of the seminar your registration will not be valid. If you registered late or have not made payment please contact our offices to make arrangements for payment. You can email email@example.com or call us at 877-650-1099.
Our seminars are Group-Live Delivery. You can find the course level, number of credits, prerequisites and learning objective on each individual class page.
NCompliance Services, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. You must attend the class and complete the seminar evaluation in order to receive CPE credits. If you do not receive your certificate at the class you will receive it in approximately 2-3 weeks following the event. If you do not receive your certificate please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation of Seminars
We reserve the right to cancel seminars due to low attendance, weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We will email any cancellations to the email you provided. Please check your email the evening and morning before the seminar.
We will not refund your registration fee for seminars that are rescheduled, if you cannot attend on the rescheduled date we will work with you on an individual basis. If we cancel a seminar we will provide you with alternate dates or options or provide a full refund of your registration fee. The Company is not responsible for nor will it reimburse any travel expenses the Attendee has incurred in the event of a cancelled Seminar.
The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of a Seminar. The Company shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this Seminar is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this Seminar impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, medical emergency or other emergency.

Cancellation Policy for Registrants
Seminars canceled 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Seminars canceled within 30 days of the event will not receive a refund. If you need to cancel within 30 days of the event you may be able to change your registration to another date/location. If you register within 30 days of an event there is not a refund for cancellations. Reference our Change Policy below.
If you need to change your registration to another date or location that has already shipped you may be charged an additional fee for shipping your materials.
